Scooters and In-Line Roller Skates - Protective Helmets

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an individual under the age of 16 years from riding on a scooter or on in-line skates on any highway, bicycle way, sidewalk, or other property open to or used by the public for pedestrian or vehicle traffic, unless the individual wears a helmet that meets or exceeds specified standards; and providing for the issuance of a specified warning.
