Family Law - Domestic Violence - Penalties

Synopsis:

Making it a felony for failing, in a second or subsequent offense, to comply with the relief granted in an ex parte order or protective order; and increasing to $10,000 the amount of the fine and to 5 years the term of imprisonment for such an offense.
