Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $175,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Galesville Heritage Society, Inc. for the acquisition of the Carrie Weedon House and the adjacent lot and for the construction of parking facilities and handicapped-accessible facilities for the Galesville Heritage Society Museum, to be located at 988 Main Street in Galesville; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
