Maryland Emergency Medical System Operations Fund - Moving Violations - Surcharge

Synopsis:

Requiring the Chief Judge of the District Court to include a specified item in citation forms designed for traffic offenses; requiring a $20 surcharge be added to a fine imposed by the District Court for a conviction for moving violations; requiring a police officer issuing a citation for moving violations to add a $20 surcharge to the amount of the total fine; and requiring the Comptroller to annually pay specified surcharges collected into the Maryland Emergency Medical System Operations Fund; etc.
