Synopsis:

Establishing the Montgomery County Educational Opportunity Summer Pilot Program; authorizing the Montgomery County Board of Education to develop proposals for educational curriculum and activities during the summer; requiring the State Board of Education to review the proposals; requiring the State Board to distribute funds to cover the cost of implementing and operating the Program; authorizing the county board to include specified curriculum in a proposal; requiring the county board to estimate teacher costs in a proposal; etc.
