Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to plant oysters,
shells, or other cultch or take any other restorative measures in
areas designated by the Department; requiring that the first of a
specified number of seed oysters produced in seed areas that are
designated by the Department for a specified purpose shall be planted
on natural oyster bars of the State; authorizing the Department to
designate oyster seed areas for aquaculture purposes; etc.
