Synopsis:

Altering the amount of damages a landlord may collect for the period of holdover; requiring specified courts to issue a summons and require the tenant or person in possession to appear before the court within 14 days after the filing of a complaint; requiring specified warrants to be issued within 4 days after a request is filed; requiring the sheriff or constable to execute a warrant within 10 days after the court has issued the warrant; etc.
