Synopsis:

Clarifying and updating provisions relating to the financing of projects and developments of the Maryland Food Center Authority in furthering the Authority's statutory purposes; repealing obsolete provisions of law relating to the New Marsh Wholesale Produce Market Authority; modifying provisions of law relating to public financing and to transfers of interest in property of the Authority; repealing specified provisions of law and adding a provision of law to conform to current public financing practices; etc.
