Criminal Sentencing - Custodial Confinement as a Condition of a Suspended Sentence or Probation

Synopsis:

Allowing a court as a condition of a suspended sentence or probation to order a person to a term of custodial confinement, as defined, for a specified term under specified circumstances; requiring that any time served in custodial confinement be credited against any sentence of incarceration; clarifying and limiting the authority of courts in specified counties to order a term of imprisonment as a condition of a suspended sentence or probation under specified circumstances; etc.
