Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - The Odyssey School
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The
Odyssey School, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the school for dyslexic children in grades 1
through 8, located at 3257 Bridal Ridge Lane; providing for
disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the
grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and providing generally
for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
