Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Health Care Commission to study the development of a single source for credentials verification of health care professionals; requiring specified provisions in the study; requiring findings and recommendations to be included in a report submitted to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2001; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
