Pocomoke City for the planning, design, repair, renovation,

located on Main Street in Pocomoke City, for use as the Pocomoke River
Discovery Center; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds,
subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a
matching fund; etc.
