Employees' and Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Employees' Retirement System, Employees' Pension System, Teachers' Retirement System and Teachers' Pension System; repealing the requirement that the county boards of education, the State Board of Education, and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene report information to the State Retirement Agency; and repealing the requirement that participating employers provide certification to the State Retirement Agency with respect to retirees.
