Task Force to Study Expansion of the All-Payor System

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Expansion of the All-Payor System to include specified services; providing for the composition of the Task Force; providing for the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2003; and providing for the termination of the Act by December 31, 2003.
