Public Schools - Indoor Air Quality Inspections

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education, in consultation with the Department of the Environment, to create and distribute an indoor air quality standards guide; requiring each county board of education to develop a system of monitoring indoor air quality for each shcool under the county board's jurisdiction using the guidelines for healthy indoor air quality established by the Environmental Protection Agency; etc.
