Synopsis:

Prohibiting the student member of the Montgomery County Board of Education from attending hearings on matters regarding disciplinary action against any employee of the school system unless the Board decides otherwise by an affirmative vote of the majority; prohibiting the student member of the Board from voting on matters relating to the employment, discipline, or termination of any employee of the school system; etc.
