Nonprofit Health Service Plans - Board Member and Officer Compensation

Synopsis:

Requiring nonprofit health service plans to submit specified information to the Insurance Commissioner for specified board members and officers; and authorizing the Commissioner to adopt specified regulations that govern and limit the compensation that may be paid by a nonprofit health service plan to members of the board of directors and officers of a nonprofit health service plan.
