Synopsis:

Adding the State Treasurer as an ex officio nonvoting member of the Board of Regents of the University System of Maryland; clarifying which members of the Board of Regents are voting members; providing that the State Treasurer is not subject to appointment by the Governor; providing that the State Treasurer is not subject to a specified term limitation; and increasing the total number of members of the Board of Regents.
