Authorizing the Lead Hazard Reduction Grant Program to make grants for specified related local health and safety code compliance activities; authorizing the Department of Housing and Community Development to establish criteria determining the eligibility of specified related local health and safety code compliance activities; repealing specified provisions of law relating to specified requirements that must be met to qualify for a grant; repealing specified provisions of law relating to the repayment of grants; etc.
