Establishing the State Commission on Public Safety Technology and Critical Infrastructure to ensure that specified communication and information management systems maintained by specified governmental units are compatible and interoperable; providing for the membership, chairman, quorum, meeting times, and reimbursement of members of the Commission; requiring the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention to perform specified administrative functions; etc.
