Mental Hygiene Administration - Community Mental Health Services - Minority Populations

Synopsis:

Requiring the Director of the Mental Hygiene Administration to designate a liaison for minority mental health services; specifying the duties of the liaison; requiring the Administration to conduct or commission a study on the relationship between substance abuse and mental illness in the African American community; requiring that specified information be included in the study; requiring the Administration to report on the findings and recommendations of the study; etc.
