Libraries - Enoch Pratt Free Library - Board of Trustees

Synopsis:

Requiring each member elected to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Enoch Pratt Free Library to be a resident of Baltimore City; requiring the Board of Trustees of the Enoch Pratt Free Library to remove a member from the Board of Trustees if the member fails to reside in Baltimore City at any time during the member's term; authorizing the Board of Trustees to appoint specified committees in accordance with the bylaws of the Library; and prohibiting specified committee members from voting on issues before the Board of Trustees.
