Requiring the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance to adopt regulations related to radiation oncology/therapy, medical radiation, and nuclear medicine technologists; requiring the Board to set fees and pay fees collected to the State Comptroller; establishing a Radiation Oncology/Therapy, Medical Radiation, and Nuclear Medicine Technology Advisory Committee within the Board; requiring specified technologists to practice only under the supervision of a licensed physician; etc.
