Program Evaluation
Continuing the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance (Board) in
accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act
by extending the termination of the Board until July 1, 2007; adding
members to the Board; requiring the Board to enter into a written
contract with an entity to provide investigatory and peer review
services; requiring an affirmative vote of the full authorized
membership of the Board in order to dismiss specified charges against
a licensee; etc.
