Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland State Board of Education to make a determination about the need for additional certificated personnel in specified categories, subject to conditions; making specified certificated personnel eligible for additional salary stipends or bonuses, subject to conditions; making certificated personnel in specified related services areas eligible for specified teacher education scholarship awards; etc.
