Baltimore City - City Manager
Adding a new section to the Constitution of Maryland providing for a
City Manager for Baltimore City to be the chief administrative officer
of Baltimore City with specified powers; requiring the City Manager to
perform specified duties; authorizing the City Manager to take
specified actions in regard to specified officers and employees of the
Baltimore City government in specified circumstances; and submitting
this amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for
their adoption or rejection.
