Operating Budget - Revenue Stabilization Fund - Minimum Appropriation

Synopsis:

Increasing from 5% to 10% the percentage used to calculate the minimum annual appropriation to the Revenue Stabilization Fund; deleting an obsolete reference; eliminating a requirement that the Governor include a specified appropriation in the budget bill if the unappropriated General Fund surplus exceeds $10,000,000 on June 30 of the second preceding fiscal year; etc.
