Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Valley Academy for the renovation and expansion of Valley Academy to provide additional classrooms, tutoring rooms, a multipurpose room, computer labs, a multimedia center, and faculty and administrative offices, located in Baltimore County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
