Dentistry - Licensure Requirements - Pediatric Specialist

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Dental Examiners to waive education requirements for applicants for a limited license to practice dentistry who do not hold specified degrees, if specified conditions are met, including the applicant's being contractually obligated to provide pediatric dental services for at least a specified number of years in a public health dental clinic or specified health centers; providing that a limited license shall expire and be surrendered to the Board under specified circumstances; etc.
