Synopsis:

Providing for State grants to counties and municipal corporations in lieu of taxes for real property owned by nonprofit hospitals and nonprofit educational institutions; requiring the Director of the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to certify to the State Comptroller by a specified date the assessed value of real property owned by nonprofit hospitals and nonprofit educational institutions in each county and municipal corporation and the amount of State grants payable to each county and municipal corporation; etc.
