Child Support Enforcement - Financial Institution - Definition

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of financial institution in a provision requiring a financial institution to provide specified information and assistance to the Child Support Enforcement Administration; establishing that an institution-affiliated party is not required to provide specified information or assistance to the Administration under specified circumstances; and providing specified immunity from civil liability or criminal penalty for an institution-affiliated party.
