Synopsis:

Making specified health insurance coverage available to specified individuals who lose coverage under specified circumstances and are eligible for a specified federal tax credit; making specified health insurance coverage available to specified individuals who lose coverage under a specified plan; providing that specified provisions of the Act apply to specified Medicare supplement policies; etc.
