Synopsis:

Authorizing the sheriff of a county or the governing body of a county or municipal corporation that operates a local correctional facility to enter into a signed memorandum of understanding with another sheriff, county, or municipal corporation that operates a local correctional facility to authorize the transfer of inmates sentenced to a local correctional facility from one facility to another; etc.
