Criminal Procedure - Period of Probation After Judgment for Sexual Offenses Against Minors

Synopsis:

Authorizing the court to order probation after judgment for defendants convicted of specified sexual offenses involving a victim who is a minor for a time longer than the sentence imposed but not longer than a period equal to the maximum period of confinement authorized for the offense.
