Providing that the Juvenile Services Area Director for Baltimore City
shall be appointed with the advice and consent of the Mayor of
Baltimore City; providing that the local director of social services
in Baltimore City shall be appointed by the Mayor of Baltimore City;
authorizing the Mayor of Baltimore City to remove a specified local
director of social services; listing specified qualifications for a
specified local director of social services; etc.
