Election Law - Formation of Slates
Authorizing individuals who have filed certificates of candidacy for
offices that are to appear on the same election ballot to form a
slate; authorizing individuals to form a slate if they have filed
statements with the State Board of Elections indicating that these
individuals are eligible for and intend to file certificates of
candidacy for offices that are to appear on the same election ballot;
and authorizing the State Board of Elections to adopt regulations.
