Requiring a licensee to complete specified continuing education requirements for renewal of an architect's license; requiring an architect to complete specified continuing education requirements for reinstatement of an architect's license; providing for specified exceptions to meeting specified continuing education requirements for renewal of an architect's license; establishing specified criteria for approval by the State Board of Architects of a continuing education course or activity; etc.
