Commercial Law - Credit Regulation - Statements of Loan Payments Furnished by Lenders

Synopsis:

Requiring a lender who receives scheduled monthly periodic payments on more than five loans secured by an interest in real property to furnish to the borrower specified written statements within specified time periods after the lender receives a written request from the borrower; providing for the enforcement of the Act; etc.
