Synopsis:

Prohibiting manufacturers and retailers from selling, on or after April 1, 2006, specified products that contain mercury unless a specified label is affixed to the product; exempting specified products that contain mercury from the labeling and reclamation or destination requirements; requiring that specified information be included on a specified label; etc.
