State Acupuncture Board - Maryland Acupuncture Act - Revisions

Synopsis:

Requiring that prosecutions for a misdemeanor under the Maryland Acupuncture Act be instituted within 3 years after the offense was committed; extending the term of the members of the State Acupuncture Board; establishing additional grounds for disciplinary action against licensees; increasing specified penalties for a violation of the Maryland Acupuncture Act; etc.
