Real Property - Display of United States Flag by Homeowners and Tenants

Synopsis:

Providing that a homeowner or tenant may not be prohibited from displaying in a respectful manner on the property in which the homeowner or tenant resides one United States flag regardless of the terms of any contract, deed, or other document regarding the display of flags or decorations; prohibiting a contract, deed, or other document from prohibiting or unduly restricting the right of a homeowner or tenant to display in a respectful manner one United States flag; etc.
