Institutions of Higher Education - Nursing Education Program Assessment

Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Nursing, whenever it determines that broad-approved nursing education programs offered at an institution of higher education in the State fall below specified standards, to notify, within 15 days, specified public officials in the county or municipality where the principal campus of the institution of higher education is located; etc.
