Education - Bridge to Excellence in Public Schools Act - Use of Funds
Requiring a county board of education for Fiscal Year 2005 and each
fiscal year thereafter to expend funds that it receives for State aid
to education under the Bridge to Excellence in Education Act only for
the purposes and in the manner specified under the Act in the fiscal
year for which the funds are appropriated; and prohibiting a county
board from expending State aid that it receives under the Act to
extinguish a debt or deficit incurred by the county board in a prior
fiscal year.
