Authorizing the establishment of a Truancy Reduction Pilot Program in specified counties; establishing failure of specified children to attend school without lawful excuse as a Code violation; authorizing school officials to petition the juvenile court alleging that a child who is required under a specified law to attend school fails to attend school without lawful excuse; etc.
