Synopsis:

Establishing in Anne Arundel County a Class B-LSH (limited service hotel) beer and light wine license; specifying that the license is for use in a hotel that meets specified requirements; specifying a $2,000 annual license fee; and authorizing a licensee to sell beer and light wine in containers to registered guests, who may consume the beverage in their hotel rooms or remove unopened containers from the hotel premises.
