Synopsis:

Prohibiting an employer from requiring or allowing an employee to work for more than 5 consecutive hours without a nonworking period of at least one-half hour under specified circumstances; providing that specified provisions of the Act are not applicable to specified employees under specified circumstances; providing that specified provisions of the Act may not be applied to abridge specified collective bargaining rights; providing a penalty for a violation of the Act; etc.
