Synopsis:

Authorizing a cooperative housing corporation, a council of unit owners of a condominium, and a homeowners association to provide notice of a meeting or deliver information by electronic transmission if specified conditions are met; providing that the notice or delivery by electronic transmission shall be considered ineffective if specified conditions are met; etc.
