Vehicle Laws - "Fear the Turtle " Scholarship Registration Plates

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to make available a specially designed registration plate honoring the diamondback terrapin and supporting student scholarships at the University of Maryland, College Park; prescribing who may apply for and the classes of vehicles eligible for the registration plate and the manner in which fees will be established, collected, and distributed; requiring the Administration to consult with the University of Maryland, College Park and to adopt specified regulations; etc.
