Commercial Fertilizer - Ammonium Nitrate - Sale or Distribution Information

Synopsis:

Requiring a distributor of ammonium nitrate to maintain, for at least 2 years, a record of sale or distribution information; requiring a distributor to make available specified information to the Secretary of Agriculture on request; requiring the Secretary to maintain specified records; and requiring the Secretary, in consultation with the Office of Homeland Security, to adopt specified regulations.
