Synopsis:

Requiring the State in a bad check proceeding to provide a written notice to the defendant or respondent at least 10 days before the proceeding if the State intends to introduce specified evidence; and requiring the State to require the presence of a specified authorized representative as a prosecution witness for a bad check proceeding if the defendant or respondent makes a written demand at least 5 days before the proceeding.
